Scheduling
Each automation runs at the time defined by itshour and day fields. hour sets the hour of day (in UTC, 0–23) and day sets which day it runs on. Together, they control when the automation fires on its recurring schedule.
Recipient contacts
You can attach recipient contacts to an automation to generate personalized demos. When a contact is included, Demomatic incorporates their details—name, job title, company, industry, and any additional notes—into the narration and on-screen text. Ifnotify_contacts is enabled, Demomatic sends each contact with an email address a link to the finished video after generation completes.
Contacts can be added manually or synced from a connected CRM. See the CRM integrations guide for setup instructions.
How to create an automation
Write a prompt
Describe what you want the demo to show. Be specific about the feature or workflow—the same guidelines that apply to on-demand video prompts apply here.
